Practice Venue Change
Until further notice, all training groups will continue to practice at Eagle Park from Monday through Thursday.
Friday practices, including today, July 17, will be held at Rengstorff Park.
We will continue to follow this schedule until the City provides an update on the repair of the activity pool.
MAC Block Party Swim Meet
The MAC Block Party Swim Meet in Milpitas is tomorrow, Saturday, July 18. Warm-ups begin at 11:45 a.m.

Please don't forget to bring:
- Chair
- Team suit and swim cap
- Shower shoes/sandals
- Extra towels
- Swimsuit
- Goggles
- Snacks
- Plenty of water or another drink
Saturday Morning Practice
For swimmers not attending the MAC Block Party Swim Meet, practice will be held at Rengstorff Park from 5:45 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for the Tiger Sharks, Junior, and Senior Training Groups.
Swimmers attending the MAC Block Party Swim Meet are welcome to attend morning practice, but it is optional.
What is Los Altos & Mountain View Aquatic Club?
Los Altos Mountain View Aquatic Club (LAMVAC) is a year-round, parent-run swim club, affiliated with USA Swimming and based in the cities of Mountain View and Los Altos in the San Francisco Bay Area. The club takes pride in the individualized approach to every swimmer, easy access to coaches and board members and the camaraderie among swimmers and parents.
